From our present 45,000 square foot facility, we offer electrical equipment sales and delivery service throughout central Virginia and the surrounding areas. We also offer same day shipping within the continental US.

Our History

Foster Electric was founded in 1956 by Mr. Aubrey E. Foster, Sr. Starting from a garage at his residence, the business grew rapidly. In 1958, we moved to a downtown location, and by 1965, we had outgrown our second location, necessitating a move to a larger facility. Today, our office and warehouse complex spans 45,000 square feet, with a staff of over 32 employees ready to assist you with all your electrical equipment needs.
