Campus Cooperative Preschool (CCP) is a not-for-profit, secular, and parent-owned early childhood education program. Our mission is to create a creative and intimate learning environment that allows children to feel valued and develop the cognitive, social, and emotional foundations for future learning success. We believe in providing a safe, nurturing environment where diversity is embraced, and every child feels valued and cherished.
Our focus is on facilitating the development of strong social and emotional skills, including learning to respect oneself and others, being kind to all, promoting positive conflict resolution, and fostering a child's ability to self-regulate emotions. We strive to ignite an excitement for lifelong learning, offering a family-oriented community of learning.
Programs at Campus Cooperative Preschool
At CCP, we offer two programs designed for the unique needs of each age group. Our preschool program is designed for younger learners, while our pre-kindergarten program is for older kids getting ready to move on to elementary school. Both classes are play-based and child-led, ensuring that every child gets lots of time outside on our beautiful playground.
Preschool (Ages 3 - 4): The primary focus of our preschool program is to introduce children to a school setting that is stress-free and fun. We provide a safe and comfortable environment with organized play and discussion, encouraging children to participate in group activities and explore their own interests while gaining self-confidence and independence.
Pre-Kindergarten (Ages 4 - 5): Our pre-kindergarten program is designed to help your child develop the social, emotional, and academic skills needed to excel in kindergarten. We incorporate a project-based, student-interest-driven curriculum that includes field trips, providing an engaging and interactive learning experience.
