Pet Policy

At The Village of Western Reserve Apartments, we welcome pets and understand the importance of providing a safe and comfortable environment for them. Our pet-friendly community features a spacious bark park where your furry friends can play and exercise.

We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet. There is a one-time pet fee of $250, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply, and we do not allow aggressive breeds.
