Our Approach
Our approach is rooted in a whole-person-whole-systems perspective, acknowledging the interconnectedness of body, energy, emotions, relationships, spirit, and culture in creating a sense of well-being. We draw from a range of therapeutic models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Focusing-oriented Trauma Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Emotionally-focused Couples Therapy, to provide a personalized and effective approach to healing and growth.
Meet Our Therapist
Kat Allen, MA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and founder of Four Aims Center for Mind-Body Therapy. With an extensive background in dance, yoga, healing, and consciousness, Kat brings a unique perspective to her work, combining talk therapy with mindfulness-based awareness and body-oriented models to support individuals and couples in their journey towards healing and growth.
