Our Story

Real Engineering Services, LLC was established with the goal of providing engineering and energy consulting services to the commercial and industrial markets. Our team has completed hundreds of energy audits, energy performance contracts, and custom engineering and consulting services. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality service to our clients, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Our staff is active in several professional societies and often attends prestigious universities as guest lecturers.

Leadership

Our company is led by Mr. Ersin Gercek, PE, a Professional Engineer with over two decades of diverse engineering and research experience. Mr. Gercek is licensed in many US states, a Certified Energy Manager, a BCxP (ASHRAE Building Commissioning Professional), and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has also served as the past Chairman of ASHRAE Technical Committee 8.3 and is one of the co-authors of ASHRAE Standard 184.
