Odyssey

At Odyssey, we are committed to providing a transformative academic experience for motivated public school students in Atlanta. Our program is designed to help students in rising grades 1 to 12 from underserved communities to improve their performance and instill a love for lifelong learning. With a proven track record, we have evolved from a six-week summer enrichment program to a year-round experience for over 300 students, focusing on STEAM education through a curriculum grounded in Project Based Learning.

Our mission is to expand the ambitions of Atlanta students and empower them on a successful journey to college and a fulfilling career. We believe that every student has the potential to become a positive force, making a lasting impact in their community. Our vision is to make a measurable impact on the academic achievement, career aspirations, and lives of Odyssey students.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to support our students in their academic journey. Our summer curriculum exposes students to concepts they will cover during the upcoming school year, but in a more creative, rich, and immersive environment. We also provide a year-round experience that focuses on STEAM education, project-based learning, and career exploration. Our program is designed to help students discover their passions, develop their skills, and prepare them for college and beyond.

What Sets Us Apart

One of the unique aspects of Odyssey is that all associated costs, including transportation, school supplies, and meals, are entirely covered by the generosity of our valued donors, supporters, and corporate sponsors. As such, only a $35 registration fee as a sign of a family's commitment is required. This allows us to provide a high-quality educational experience to students who may not have had access to it otherwise.

Our Impact

We are proud of the impact we have made on the lives of our students. Our students have gone on to attend universities all over the country, and have become Posse and Bonner Scholars, athletes, musicians, and civically engaged community leaders. We believe that our program has the power to transform the lives of our students and empower them to become the inspirational leaders of tomorrow.
