Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning Service is a locally-owned small business dedicated to providing homeowners with honest, affordable service. Founded in 2010 by Kenny Coates, our goal is to treat all customers like family. We are proud to offer Heil heating and cooling equipment to deliver the best in quality, energy efficiency, and reliability.
Our History
Kenny relocated to Springfield, Mo from West Monroe, LA in early 2007 after being laid off by General Motors. He enrolled at Ozarks Technical College later that same year to learn a new skill and pursue a new career. A dedicated student, Kenny finished at the top of every class and went on to place 7th at the Skills USA National Competition. In 2009, Kenny was laid off again, following the 2008 financial-housing crisis, which devastated trade industries, among others. Lack of opportunity in the Springfield area led to the birth of Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning Service in 2010. Over the years, we've experienced many failures, successes, tears, and joy, resulting in a tremendous amount of learning and growth.
