We offer two convenient locations for your DOT medical exam needs in Grand Junction and Fruita, CO. Our team understands that time is valuable, which is why we offer same-day appointments and won't keep you waiting. We also offer free "expiration alerts" to ensure that your CDL medical card never expires.

All drivers can log into the "Driver Page" section of our website to view their DOT long forms and certificates. To log into your driver page, simply fill out the sign-up form after your DOT medical exam appointment, and we will update your forms for you.
