• Modifications & Child Support: We assist with the modification of orders related to child support, custody, timesharing, and other family law matters.
• Wills & Trusts: We draft and execute wills, as well as set up trusts for the management of our clients' property and assets following their death.
• Probate & Estate Administration: We guide our clients through the legal process of transferring ownership of property following a death, including the distribution of assets and payment of debts.
• Powers of Attorney: We draft and execute powers of attorney, which allow our clients to appoint another person to carry out certain transactions on their behalf.
