Ryan Oakes, the owner and operator of Oakes Construction, Inc., started his journey in the construction industry by working for his father and then for other contractors and builders. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge, he decided to start his own business in 1998. Since then, he has been providing top-notch general contracting and subcontracting services to clients in Warren County and surrounding areas.

Ryan is a proud veteran who served in the Virginia Army National Guard for 12 years, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2004/05. He received multiple awards for his service, including a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. As a token of appreciation for their service, Ryan offers all veterans a discount on all contracted work.
