Doherty Electric was founded by Tom Doherty in 1971 based out of Nampa, Idaho. When Tom retired in 2008, Mike Basye, the company's foreman of over 35 years, purchased the company and relocated it's office to Boise to better serve the Treasure Valley. Doherty Electric has established itself as an industry leader specializing in: commercial fire alarm data cabling and design build construction. Doherty Electric is also dedicated to provide reliable residential, commercial and retail service work.
