We are dedicated to providing comprehensive dermatological care for patients of all ages, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic services. Our team of board-certified dermatologists and licensed physician assistants is committed to delivering the highest level of care, combining expertise with the latest technology to provide personalized treatment plans for our patients.

Our Physicians and Providers

At Southern California Dermatology, our team of experienced physicians and providers includes:

• Trevor Muirhead, MD: A board-certified dermatologist specializing in all medical and surgical dermatological conditions of the skin, hair, and nails for patients of all ages. He grew up in Long Beach and attended the University of Southern California for college and medical school. After completing an internship in Internal Medicine at Olive View-UCLA, he completed his Dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and is also Volunteer Clinical Faculty in Dermatology at UC Irvine.
• Pauline Saedler, PA-C: A board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She joined Southern California Dermatology in 2005 after graduating with honors from Western University of Health Sciences, where she earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies. She has a long-term interest in the skin and its care, and has focused her graduate rotations on advanced procedures and techniques in cosmetic dermatology.
• Jonathan A. Baron, MD: A dermatologist who has been in private practice since 2003. He is actively involved in surgical and general dermatology in Orange County and is a member of the Melanoma program at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. He is also Volunteer Clinical Faculty at the University of California Irvine. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, California Medical Association, Orange County Medical Association, California Dermatology Society, and the Orange County Dermatologic Society.
• Albert Antonyan, MD: A board-certified dermatologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of dermatological conditions involving the skin, hair, and nails in patients of all ages. He grew up in Southeast Michigan and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Detroit Mercy. He then graduated with High Distinction and Comprehensive Honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship at Wayne State University School of Medicine, serving as Chief Resident of his Transitional Year residency program. He then completed his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital, where he also served as Dermatology Chief Resident. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
• Goli Parsa, MS-PA-C: A Board Certified PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT who joined Southern California Dermatology in June of 2005. She graduated with honors from Western University of Health Sciences, where she earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies. Given her long-term interest in the skin and its care, she focused her graduate rotations on advanced procedures and techniques in cosmetic dermatology.

• Sarah Frazier, MHS, PA-C: A licensed and board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. Sarah grew up in Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. She then earned a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Sarah has a special interest in medical dermatology, and is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.

Services and Procedures

At Southern California Dermatology, we offer a wide range of services and procedures, including:

• Medical Dermatology: Evaluation and treatment of skin rashes, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma.
• Surgical Dermatology: Moh's Micrographic Surgery for the removal of skin cancers, excision of benign and malignant skin lesions, and cosmetic surgery.
• Cosmetic Procedures: Acne treatment, oral and topical medications, Botox, chemical peels, Coolsculpting fat reduction, Dysport, IPL photofacials, Juvederm, laser hair removal, Restylane, sclerotherapy, Morpheaus8 treatment, skin tightening, microneedling, and hydrafacial.
• Clinical Research: Participation in clinical trials for the development of new treatments and medications for dermatological conditions.
• Patient Education: Providing resources and information to help patients understand their skin and how to care for it.
