Positive Aspects of Summer House Apartments
The apartment complex has a great location in downtown Stamford, with easy access to several restaurants and amenities. The maintenance team, led by Khalid, is highly praised for their helpfulness and efficiency. The staff, including Laura, Jasmeena, and Khaleed, are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The apartments themselves are well-priced for what they offer, and the community is well-staffed. Residents also appreciate the recent renovations and new amenities, such as the Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge.
Negative Experiences with Management and Amenities
Some residents have had negative experiences with the management company, citing issues with amenity spaces, including uncomfortable and unusable furniture. The renovation of the rooftop area was also seen as a mistake, as it reduced the space and made it less comfortable.
