Our Process

At C.I. Construction, we understand that every project has its own set of challenges and opportunities. Our process begins with site selection, layout, platting, feasibility, permitting, zoning, and funding. Once these initial steps are completed, we move on to the design phase where we utilize our in-house BIM design team to create a design that meets your goals and expectations. After the design is finalized, we manage the construction process, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. Throughout the entire process, we maintain open communication with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are completely satisfied with the final product.

Where We've Built

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the country. Some of our notable projects include the Spectro Alloys Storage Building in Rosemount, MN, the 1910 Building in Alexandria, MN, Mercy Restaurant in Minneapolis, MN, Benedicts in Wayzata, MN, and the Titan Machinery Shared Resource Center in Fargo, ND. We have also worked on numerous projects for Titan Machinery, including locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Additionally, we have completed projects for various other clients such as Super America, Thrifty White Pharmacy, and Stone Oil Company.
