Our Legacy

The story of CBC began with Charles, the founder, who initially turned to construction to finance his education at Georgia Tech. Driven by an unwavering work ethic and a natural talent for design and construction, Charles honed his skills across diverse projects, encompassing single-family homes, multi-family residences, shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings, and churches. This experience laid the foundation for the company's expertise, spanning various architectural styles and construction techniques.

Along the way, Charles' son, Andrew, joined the family business, bringing a fresh perspective and a contemporary understanding of the construction industry. Andrew's expertise gained through managing multistory apartment constructions, renovating and successfully marketing numerous houses in the Atlanta market, and leading electrical crews in Forsyth County, further strengthened the CBC team. Together, Charles and Andrew bring over six decades of combined experience to every project they undertake, ensuring a deep understanding of both traditional building practices and modern construction innovations.
