On the other hand, there is one negative review that highlights a poor experience. Meredith Lewis was unhappy with the lengthy and expensive appointment she had, which took 7 hours and cost $376 before tip. The stylist admitted not liking the hair colors used on clients and blamed Meredith's previous hair salon. The manager, Allie, was praised for resolving the issue and making it right.
