Ross Staadecker, Owner/Head Coach, has a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. With a background in personal training, weightlifting, and endurance sports, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Iron-Oak Fitness community.

Nicole Sarmiento, Coach, is a dedicated fitness professional with a background in dance and personal training. She is highly qualified and committed to helping every member feel welcome and encouraged.
