Our Story

GROWsimple/Key Land & Property Solutions started with a simple vision: to merge aesthetically pleasing design with ecologically sound principles. Founder Tim Key, a landscape architect with a Master's degree, was driven by a commitment to sustainable practices and water conservation. His passion led to the establishment of GROWsimple, initially focusing on landscape design and installation. As Tim gained experience, he recognized that these same values extended to all aspects of land and property management. This realization led to the birth of Key Land and Property Solutions, LLC - a company dedicated to providing comprehensive and environmentally responsible solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Tim's in-depth knowledge of the West Texas landscape, coupled with his numerous years living in both urban and rural settings, provides him with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by this diverse region. He has meticulously assembled a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who share his commitment to excellence and environmental stewardship. Licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Landscape Irrigator, Tim brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
