Problems with Rude Staff
However, one reviewer had a negative experience with the director, who was rude and unhelpful. The parent-separating-of-siblings-or-games-in-garden-with-book
The director was also condescending, telling a parent to find babysitters for their children because the funeral home didn't have suitable facilities for young children. This reviewer found the director's attitude unacceptable, and felt judged for changing their daughter's diaper on a couch.
