Dr. Julie Izen is committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention. She performs both cosmetic and restorative dentistry including implant restoration, extensive crown and bridgework, Lumineers, and Invisalign. Nitrous Oxide (sweet air) is available upon request.

Our Plainview NY office is conveniently located at 1 Main Parkway, Plainview, NY 11803. Our office hours are Monday: 9:00am - 8:00pm, Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Wednesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm, Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm, and Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Alternating).
