Meet Dr. Richard M. Bruns

Dr. Richard M. Bruns is a Maine licensed Doctor of chiropractic and has been practicing since 1980. He received his BA in Psychology and BS in Human Biology from the University of Maine in Orono, ME, and his doctor of chiropractic degree (DC) from Logan University of health sciences and chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. Dr. Bruns has been certified in many techniques, including licensed chiropractic acupuncture, activator methods, Cox technique, Diversified technique, and has over 300 hours in the chiropractic rehabilitation diplomate. He also uses a wide variety of soft tissue techniques to treat spinal, soft tissue, and extremity conditions, and provides advice on diet, nutrition, medicinal foods, exercise, health, and wellness based on his 41 years of experience in the profession.
