Our Amenities

At Edgewater Lodge, we offer a wide range of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our guest facilities include large sundecks, a pristine pool, sandy beach, 5 fishing piers, a boat ramp, dockage, bait shop, convenient store, and laundry area. We also provide complimentary WiFi and Comcast television for your entertainment.

Our accommodations include Motel Rooms, Cottages, Efficiencies, Suites, and Townhouses, all of which feature stunning views of the Florida Bay. Our Motel Rooms feature two double beds, one bath with shower and small refrigerator, and open onto a spacious deck directly on the Florida Bay. Cottages consist of three rooms with a large bedroom, living room, full size sofa bed, and spacious kitchen and dining area. Efficiencies include two double beds, 1 bath with shower and fully equipped kitchen, and are available on the first and second floor with views of the Florida Bay. Suites offer one bedroom with one king size bed, 1 bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a spacious living room with queen size sleeper sofa. Townhouses are two-story units with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and offer balconies overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Our Policies

At Edgewater Lodge, we are committed to ensuring that all of our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Our policies include office/store hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, and the requirement of valid I.D. and payment in full at check-in. We accept credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard, but do not accept checks. Our units are non-smoking rooms, and we have restrictions on skateboards, unaccompanied children, pets, music, and jetskis. We have a one night deposit policy for reservations, and a cancellation policy for reservations cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date.

At Edgewater Lodge, we are committed to providing hospitality to all people who travel to the Florida Keys. We strive to make our website and hotel as accessible as possible for people with disabilities, and we welcome feedback and input to better serve our guests. Our hotel features accessible routes from an accessible public entrance, and we offer a designated Accessible Guest Room (Cottage) with mobility features and closed captioning features on guest room televisions. We are committed to maintaining our website and hotel to be accessible and user-friendly for everyone.
