At Denver Taco Truck, we are passionate about serving the greater Denver area with our unique fusion-style tacos and loaded nacho fries. Our story began in 2019 when our classically trained chef and owner, Joe Pavlushik, decided to share his recipes and flavor profiles through gourmet sandwiches. After working in many popular restaurants around town, Joe started Pavy's Sandwich Truck in 2015.
