Our board-certified dermatologist, Dr. David A. Bigler, has been serving the Lincoln area since 1985. With over 40 years of combined experience, our providers excel in addressing all aspects of adult and pediatric dermatology, including skin, hair, and nails. As the President of Gateway Dermatology, P.C., Dr. Bigler is well-versed in treating various skin diseases and is passionate about diagnosing and curing skin cancer. He received extensive training in Mohs surgery and all forms of skin cancer treatment at the University of Iowa. Dr. Bigler also spent two years serving in the United States Army Medical Corp in Internal Medicine and enjoys fishing during his free time.

Christine Trombino is a board-certified physician assistant with a dedication to delivering skilled, personalized, and comprehensive dermatology care. She treats a variety of skin conditions and offers cosmetic services, including laser hair removal consultations. During her free time, Christine enjoys weekends at the lake, cheering on the Huskers, and spending time with her cats.

Effective Treatments for Dynamic Wrinkles

Gateway Dermatology provides BOTOX treatments, an FDA-approved, wrinkle-reducing solution for moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, crow's feet lines, and horizontal lines on the forehead. BOTOX works by targeting the underlying cause of dynamic wrinkles, which are caused by repeated muscle contractions. Results appear in 24-48 hours and last for approximately three months. Regular maintenance treatments will help maintain the desired effect for long periods.
