Founded in 1953, the County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) stands as a trusted voice for the engineering professionals and public works officials who ensure the vital infrastructure and services that underpin Maryland's communities. Today, with almost 600 members, CEAM encompasses County, State, Municipal, and consulting engineers, along with public works personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
