Our professional service utilizes specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. The purpose of our construction management is to control a project's time, cost, and quality through all phases. This service is integrated with all project delivery systems, including cost-plus projects, design-bid-build, design-build, At-Risk, and Public Private Partnerships.

We also provide tenant improvements (TI) involving customized alterations for our building owners that make to rental space as part of a lease agreement, in order to configure the space for the needs of that particular tenant. Additionally, we have an in-house Architect, employing highly qualified professionals who seamlessly integrate the design and construction teams.
