Our team comprises of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. Our President and Principal Engineer, Rafael Pena, Jr., is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Florida and has over 40 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He has been recognized and respected within the community for his contributions to the field, including a technical paper titled "Effect of Inner Surface Air Velocity and Temperature upon Heat Loss and Gain through Insulating Glass, " which was presented to the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) in 1973.

Our Senior Associate, Siro Del Castillo, has not only made a significant impact on human rights globally but has also contributed over 30 years of his expertise to RPJ, Inc. as a senior electrical engineer. Siro's experience began at an early age as an architectural designer for the National Institute of Tourism in Cuba, where he worked for six years, and later on as an electrical contractor when he migrated to Miami.

Adrian Pena, our Vice President and Principal, is a registered General Contractor with the State of Florida with over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering and construction. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and specializes in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design, project management, life safety, and cost analysis.

Adriano Denis, our Senior Associate, has been with RPJ, Inc. for over 15 years and has established himself as the office's backbone and lead plumbing designer. Adriano is a graduate from the University of Havana with a major in Mechanical Engineering, and his contributions and experience have helped establish the firm's solidity with its peers and colleagues.

Duniel Aguila-Leiva, the Head of Electrical Department, has been with RPJ, Inc. for five years. He holds a master's degree from the Central University (UCLV) in Cuba and has field experience as an electrician for several electrical companies before venturing into consultation. Duniel specializes in electrical and fire alarm systems.

Erich Martinez Martin, the newest addition to our team, is the Head of Mechanical Department. He holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is dedicated to providing top-quality services to our clients.
