Since our inception in 1957 as Orr Animal Clinic, Clinton Animal Hospital has served this community with unwavering dedication, evolving over the years to better serve the needs of our animal patients and their loving families.

Our rich history is a testament to the enduring commitment to veterinary excellence that defines us. Founded by Dr. Daniel Orr, the clinic welcomed Dr. Zack Seymore and Dr. George Copeland in 1977, who joined Dr. Orr in providing exceptional care. After Dr. Orr's passing in 1985, his son, Dr. Steve Orr, followed in his footsteps, carrying on the legacy of compassion and expertise. Under various ownerships over the years, the clinic has consistently remained a pillar of care for Clinton and its surrounding areas. In 2019, Dr. Bess Pierce, a native of Clinton, acquired the practice, and together with her associate veterinarians, Dr. Julie James and Dr. Mindy LaMier, renewed our commitment to serving this community with the same compassionate care that has defined Clinton Animal Hospital since its founding.
