The apartments have a convenient location, nearby laundry facilities, and good parking. The complex also features small dog parks and two pools.
Issues with Roaches and Maintenance
However, some residents experienced issues with roaches, which were difficult to get rid of despite the apartment's efforts to spray once a year. There were also instances of false charges for replacing blinds and disputing deposit refunds.
