Educators Insurance Services (EIS) is an independent organization that has been providing sales and customer service to the educational community since 1998. Founded by Chuck Ray, who has been working with NJEA's staff and members, as well as New Jersey School Administrators since 1977, EIS is committed to putting members' needs first.

Our sales representatives have an average of 15 years of experience working with NJEA members and New Jersey School Administrators. They have a broad understanding and knowledge of the benefits available to members, as over 2/3 of our sales team has family who are NJEA members. Our team genuinely cares about members and honestly tries to help with any concerns, making many members consider EIS to be an extension of NJEA. We are dedicated to servicing NJEA members and New Jersey School Administrators, and we believe in protecting members and their families, rather than just selling insurance.

NJEA Income Protection

NJEA designed these plans especially for their members to help protect their income should they become disabled due to an accident or sickness. There are three different plans to choose from, depending on your needs and circumstances.

NJEA Critical Illness Plan

We offer a NEW CRITICAL ILLNESS PLAN that offers benefits for you, your spouse, and your children. This plan provides a lump-sum payment upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness, which can be used for any purpose, including medical bills, lost income, or everyday expenses.

NEA Life Insurance

NEA offers members this exclusive Group Term Life Insurance plan. These benefits will pay in addition to your district's coverage, while providing lower cost coverage for members, their spouses, and children.

NJ School Administrators Disability Insurance

Specially designed for New Jersey School Administrators, these plans help protect your income should you become disabled due to an accident or sickness. There are three different plans to choose from, to help meet your varied needs.
