Our Company

Custom Assured Mechanical, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that specializes in the sale, installation, and service of Heating and Air Conditioning systems. We have been in operation since 1998 and have grown over the years to now reside in our current facility located on Independence Drive in Fort Wayne.

As a company, we are big enough to offer an extensive lineup of services and products to meet any heating and cooling need you may have, yet small enough to offer you personal service. Our name implies that we tailor jobs to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are residential, commercial, or new construction clients.

We pledge prompt, professional, and personal service during as well as beyond the installation or repair. Our service department is available around the clock. At Custom Assured Mechanical, the job isn't complete until you're satisfied. We earn our customers for a lifetime, not just a single job. It's more than a mission statement, we take it to heart-it's our reputation and our promise.

With over 175 years of combined HVAC experience, everyone at Custom Assured Mechanical offers individual expertise to truly build what we think is the BEST team. Our team consist of Lead installers-Dave and Kevin, Apprentices - Jacob D and Logan, and Service Technicians-Jacob W and Lance.
