POSITIVE EXPERIENCES
Many patients had a pleasant experience at Desert Podiatry. They praised the staff for being friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctors were described as being caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to their needs. The appointments were usually on time, and the staff made an effort to explain the process and costs clearly before the appointment. Patients appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent care they received.
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES
However, some patients had a negative experience. One patient waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone and eventually had to hang up, feeling that the office was rude and unprofessional. Another patient was sent a bill for over $400 for laboratory fees despite being told that the fees would be covered by insurance. Patients also reported trouble getting in touch with the office, with one patient having to wait over two weeks for a response to her calls.
