Our History
Property Service Agency began as a sole proprietorship by Norm Marty in the early 1980s. Norm saw a need for a building and grounds maintenance service in Ames and relied on quality work and "word of mouth" by satisfied customers to do his advertising. Over the years, Norm's carpentry skills, knowledge of building maintenance, and attention to detail grew his business, which he expanded to include property management.

Our services include Painting, General Home Repair/Maintenance, Deck Washing & Staining/Sealing, Clean Outs & Item Disposal, Windows & Doors, Basement Finishing, Deck Installation, Remodeling Services, and General Carpentry. For property management, we provide Apartment & Rental Management and Homeowner Association Management.
