*Scott O. McLane* is a 1992 graduate of Central Michigan University with extensive experience in business consulting, auditing, individual and corporate taxation, and governmental and non-profit accounting and auditing. Scott is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

*Randall D. Biddix, CPA, GCMA* is a 1980 graduate of Siena Height University. Randy has over 40 years of experience in business consulting, auditing, individual and corporate taxation, and non-profit accounting and auditing services. He has served as a controller and chief financial officer in a manufacturing entity for over twenty years, where he gained valuable knowledge in financial and management accounting, negotiating loans, and dealing with numerous creditors and customers. Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

*Ronald L. Markowski, CPA* is a 1968 graduate of the University of Michigan. Ron has an impressive background in business consulting and auditing, individual and corporate taxation, estates and trusts, governmental and non-profit accounting, and auditing services. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), and the Jackson Area Estate Planning Council. Ron serves as a board member for numerous local non-profits and governmental boards.

*Derrik M. Southern* is a 2016 graduate of Olivet College. Derrik has experience in auditing, individual and corporate taxation, and governmental and non-profit accounting and auditing. Derrik is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

*John Long* graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1993 with a B.A. in Accounting Information Systems. John has worked in or with many companies throughout his career, utilizing his accounting, systems, and tax knowledge in various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, construction, web design, medical, and education. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Jackson College.
