We utilize the latest computer-aided B.I.M. dynamic building modeling software, which provides improved 3D visualization of the completed project early in the design phase. With over 22 years of experience in commercial, governmental, and residential project design, development, and construction, our principal architect, David F. Plewa, AIA, PP, has built a reputation for providing expert professional services. Mr. Plewa is a registered architect and professional planner in the state of New Jersey and has testified in front of various planning and zoning boards for local and surrounding municipalities. He is also recognized by the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders as a Handicap Advocate and provides consulting services for the implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
