Sommet Nannies was founded by Lydia (Brown) Thibodeau, a highly regarded expert in the childcare industry. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Lydia has a deep understanding of the needs of both nannies and families. She founded Sommet Nannies in 2015 with the goal of creating a platform that would connect caregivers with families in need of exceptional childcare.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. Lydia Thibodeau, our founder and CEO, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been featured in various publications, including Forbes and the Boston Globe. Mary Farmer, our Director of Recruitment, has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont and has extensive experience as a full-time nanny.
