Dr. Vera was labeled as a pervert and was said to flirt with underage girls and their mothers. Dr. David was criticized for his poor dental work and bad attitude towards parents, especially those who don't speak English. Dr. Parrisa was said to treat her assistants poorly and do subpar work.
