Our Approach

We believe that relationships are the agent of change, and that human love is the most powerful therapy. That's why we take a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and goals. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, sandtray therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, to connect with children and help them overcome challenges. We also recognize the importance of parent involvement in the therapeutic process and encourage active participation whenever possible.
