Our Frederick, MD, office (formerly King, Asbury & Associates) joined Noelker and Hull in 2014. The office specializes in conceptual planning, facility programming, architectural design, and construction documents, as well as essential follow-through during construction and post-occupancy. The office also provides specialized services, including master planning, estimating, interior design, facility evaluation, and feasibility studies.

Noelker and Hull is committed to continuous professional development. Our staff participates in various national, state, and local professional organizations and trade associations. These include the American Institute of Architects (AIA), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LeadingAge and its state partners, Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID), National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), and Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), among others.
