Facility and Capabilities

In 2003, IPEC relocated to its current building, a 51,000 square foot facility in Fort Atkinson, WI. The facility was designed to support state-of-the-art services for the company's clients and their respective industries. The facility features a 13,000 square foot increase in manufacturing space and a 35-foot increase in roof height.

IPEC's fabrication floor includes over 41,000 square feet of manufacturing space carefully designed to meet the expectations of the company's most demanding customers. The facility features 24 and 35-foot under-beam ceiling heights, which aid in filling vessels with steeping water and minimizing dust during loading. Dual overhead cranes provide effective rousing and grain mixing without the use of mechanical agitation. Loading/receiving docks, overflow ports, process valves, and instrumentation are provided to monitor air pressure, temperature, and other essential factors.

The facility also includes segregated grinding, carbon steel, and electrical assembly rooms, ensuring that every system is built with precision and care. IPEC's Steeping Vessels may be manually operated or as fully automated AutoSteep Systems, which include configurable recipe management.
