Our History

Founded by Joseph Chaiban in 1995, our company has grown from a one-bedroom apartment to a multi-discipline engineering firm, specializing in structural and civil engineering, concrete restoration, and structural design and inspections. Our expertise lies in civil, structural, and forensic engineering, with a deep understanding of Florida Building Codes and Florida statutes as they relate to the construction industry.

Our team of engineers has a broad range of design and inspection experience in civil, structural (bridge, buildings, utilities, drainage, roadway, and foundations), extensive projects, research, and knowledge of Florida Building Codes and Florida statutes as they relate to the construction industry. Our engineers are also well-versed in expert witness testimony, including mediation and litigation support.

• Elham Chaiban, Chemical Engineer Intern, who brings expertise in all aspects of chemical engineering projects.
• Scott Fairbrother, Marketing Manager/Office Manager, who oversees digital marketing, web design, and social media analysis.
• Anas Bataineh, PE, MS, who has over 19 years of experience in structural engineering analysis, design, inspection, and forensic claims.
• Stephanie Wesh, E.I., who is pursuing a degree in electrical engineering and assists in all aspects of engineering projects.
• Thejaswini Vadlakonda, EIT, MS, who graduated with a master's degree in civil engineering and assists in engineering projects.
