Hello, my name is Shawn, but my friends like to call me Shawnman. I have been a proud homeowner in Wright County, specifically in the beautiful city of Buffalo, for over 25 years. As I stand on the precipice of a new journey, I am thrilled to share my skills and experiences with you as a 51-year-old handyman, having recently retired from my career as a toolmaker, CNC programmer, and machinist. My experience in the toolmaking industry has given me a unique set of qualities that are valuable in the handyman business, and I am excited to bring these qualities to the table.

• Installation: Our installation services cover appliances such as refrigerators, ice-makers, dishwashers, range hood microwaves, washers, and dryers, among others. I have extensive experience installing various household items, ensuring that they are properly and safely set up in your home.
• Repair: I am well-equipped to handle a variety of repair tasks, from minor fixes to more complex issues. Our repair services cover carpentry, appliances, plumbing, electrical work, and general home maintenance. I am confident in my ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that your home remains safe, functional, and comfortable.

Carpentry Services

• Sheds: I can build custom sheds to meet your specific needs, ensuring that they are sturdy, functional, and designed to your preferences.
• Custom cabinetry: I specialize in creating custom cabinets tailored to your space, style, and requirements.

Rates

My rates are $45/hr. for one tech and $80/hr. for two techs on site, depending on the job requirements. I do have a minimum charge of $150. Below is a breakdown of our general rates for specific tasks:

• Microwave installs: 2 hours
• Dishwashers: 2 hours
• Icemaker line installs: 1-2 hours
• Custom cabinetry: Please contact us for a personalized estimate
