Janine Lemke-Sofianos

Janine Lemke-Sofianos, the founder of Lace & Champagne Events, brings a wealth of experience, a sophisticated network, and a keen eye for detail to every project. A San Diego native and graduate of Torrey Pines High School, Janine's passion for hospitality was ignited at a young age, inspired by her father and nurtured through her experiences. At the age of 15, she began her culinary journey as an assistant pastry cook at the renowned Mille Fleurs in Rancho Santa Fe.

Her dedication and talent led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in international hospitality management from the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland. After honing her skills in various roles at upscale and luxury resorts in the San Diego area, Janine decided to embrace her entrepreneurial spirit, founding Lace & Champagne Events in 2013. Her deep understanding of the industry, coupled with her genuine warmth and dedication to creating extraordinary experiences, sets her apart as a true leader in the field.

Robin Soriano

Robin Soriano, the Event Producer at Lace & Champagne Events, is a powerhouse of knowledge and creativity, who brings a unique blend of hospitality experience and meticulous attention to detail. Graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management from James Madison University, Robin possesses a diverse portfolio, having managed large-scale medical association events, board meetings, and intimate donor gatherings. Upon relocating to San Diego from Northern Virginia in 2018, Robin seamlessly integrated into the vibrant event planning scene, joining the Lace & Champagne team. Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her acquisition of the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in Fall 2018.

Robin's passion for sustainability drives her to educate clients on eco-conscious choices for their weddings, inspiring them to minimize waste while creating a memorable and responsible celebration. Her skills in event planning and team leadership make her an invaluable asset to the Lace & Champagne Events team, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
