Our primary care mission is to develop relationships through good communication that last a lifetime. We believe that the needs of our patients come first in everything we do. Our goal is to provide quality care by diagnosing and treating all minor and major illnesses, while emphasizing promoting health and preventing disease before it starts.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of primary care medical services, including comprehensive physical exams, management and treatment of chronic diseases and acute illnesses, and testing services such as COVID-19 antigen testing, EKG, spirometry, ABI, echocardiogram, carotid dopplers, and nerve conduction studies. We also provide men's health services, including hormone replacement and low testosterone treatment.

In addition to our primary care services, we offer concierge medicine, which provides a highly personalized relationship between doctor and patient. Our concierge medicine practice is designed to provide superb quality primary care services through a boutique-style medical practice.
