Meet Our Optometrists

Our team of experienced optometrists is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your eyes.

• Dr. Mark Henry received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1993 and has been practicing for over 25 years. Dr. Henry received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Kenyon College and has attended Ohio State University for Post-Graduate continuing education.
• Dr. Courtney Diaz (Hammond) is an optometrist in our Newark location and practices family optometry with a special interest in pediatrics and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Hammond was born and raised in Newark, Ohio and joined our practice initially during her high school years as a technician and front desk assistant.
• Dr. Lauren Haack is the primary optometrist in our Wilmington and Waynesville locations and practices family optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease and contact lenses.
• Dr. Eric Treiber received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry where she was a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
