Founded by Thomas McGrath, a graduate of Columbia University School of Architecture, the firm has been practicing since 1980. With a strong background as a registered Architect and a Certified Building Official, Thomas has a deep understanding of the building process and code requirements. Over the years, the firm has concentrated on new construction and renovations of single and multi-family dwellings, small commercial projects, and condominium conversions.
