For over 35 years, Heritage Learning Center has been dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. Our family-owned and operated childcare facility is committed to preparing children for success by offering a range of educational programs and activities designed to cater to the unique needs of each child. From toddlers to school-age children, our experienced and qualified teachers create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that allows children to thrive and develop at their own pace.

Programs for Children

At Heritage Learning Center, we offer a variety of programs designed to cater to children aged 18 months to 5th grade. Our programs are designed to provide a comprehensive education, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive development. Our Preschool Programs include:

• Little Primers (18 Months Old - 2 Years Old): Our Little Primers class is designed for children who are eager to explore their surroundings and learn new things. Our experienced teachers use the Frog Street Press Toddler curriculum to develop listening and social skills, following directions, and building vocabulary through stories and songs.

• Early Preschool (2 Years Old - 3 Years Old): In this age group, children are naturally curious and eager to learn. Our Early Preschool program introduces them to various language, math, and science concepts, while emphasizing good social skills using the Frog Street Press Toddler curriculum.

• Preschool (3 Years Old - 4 Years Old): In our Preschool program, children have matured and are developing their fine motor skills. Our teachers encourage these skills through activities and implement the Frog Street Curriculum to promote literacy skills.

• Pre-Kindergarten (4 Years Old - 5 Years Old): The final year of preschool is designed to prepare children to enter public school with confidence and a desire to learn. Our Pre-Kindergarten program develops cognitive, social, and emotional skills, while introducing phonics and literacy skills through the Saxon Early Learning and Saxon Phonics Curriculum.

Additional Programs

In addition to our Preschool Programs, we also offer the Clubhouse Program for kindergarten-5th grade students. This program provides a safe and supportive environment where children can receive homework assistance, relax, and play after a long day of learning at public school. During the summertime, the Clubhouse children participate in multiple field trips each week, as well as creative on-campus projects. Our younger students enjoy themed days, entertainers, and on-campus activities like the water park.
