The journey of Flett Plumbing began in 1999 when Howard and Carol Flett recognized the need for high-quality plumbing services in the Rolla area. Initially known as Flett Enterprises, LLC, the business grew steadily, serving both commercial and residential clients.

In 2002, Howard's son, Scott, returned to Rolla to join the family business. Under his leadership, Flett Plumbing expanded its services and gained recognition for its impeccable customer service and attention to detail.
