Our apartment homes are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. They feature ceiling fans in dining areas and bedrooms, wall-to-wall carpeting, and large wall-to-wall closets for ample storage. We also offer on-site laundry facilities and assigned resident parking for added convenience.

Our friendly on-site manager is always available to assist you with any needs or concerns you may have. We take pride in maintaining a welcoming and supportive community for all our residents. Whether you're looking for a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment, we have a variety of floor plans to suit your needs.

• Close to 880 and 87 and 101: With our apartments located near major highways, you'll have easy access to various parts of the city, making commuting a breeze.

Leasing Details

We offer 12-month lease terms, although many of our residents have chosen to call Elm Street home for many years. We also have a $500 security deposit, which is refundable. The pet deposit is $500 per pet, with a pet rent of $50 per month charge per pet. Up to two pets are allowed per home. Please note that the deposit may vary depending on your credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
