ICF Constructors, LLC has been owned and operated by Matt Zetlmeisl since 2002. Matt is an innovator in the ICF industry with experience in all aspects of ICF construction and a strong background in multiple disciplines of residential and commercial contracting. Having firmly established itself as a leader in the industry, ICF Constructors has maintained strong relationships with customers, vendors, and financial institutions. The skilled craftsmen at ICF Constructors are full-time employees with years of ICF experience and over 45 years of experience in general construction. They are well-trained and participate in a fully implemented and OSHA-approved safety training program. The crews are trained in the installation of no less than 12 different brands and types of insulated concrete forms and utilize a 20-step checklist prior to concrete placement on all projects. ICF Constructors has been involved with the development of new products and processes within the ICF industry, including: First ICF contractor to install AmDeck Floor and Roof System prior to North American release.
